Jeff Tengonciang
Founder/President/CEO
Jeff Tengonciang is the Founder, President and CEO of Anabel’s Angels, Inc.. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, Jeff is no stranger to the business world. As a veteran of the United States military with over 20 years honorably served in capacities as both enlisted and officer, he utilizes his lessons learned and project management skills in his daily duties supporting both the US Government and Anabel’s Angels.

Jason Rains
Vice President/COO
Jason Rains is a husband to his bride of 23 years, Father to his four “raindrops”, coach, combat veteran, business leader, minister of the Gospel, and all-around lover of people! Jason and Jeff met while traveling the world on various missions for the Army and forged an enduring brotherhood that can only be developed from operating in the trenches of high stress situations. Jason was one of the first people that Jeff shared the vision of Anabel’s Angels with and little did he know, a few years later Jeff would honor him with the opportunity to help establish the organization. Jason’s own Dad passed away from an undiagnosed blood disorder so he shares Jeff’s passion of aiding under funded research initiatives and helping people wherever needed. Jason works alongside Jeff wherever needed to help shepherd the organization and foster a culture of genuine caring for others and enriching their lives in any way we have the privilege to cross their paths.

Samantha Rains
CFO
With more than 15 years’ experience establishing non-profit organizations and managing their finances, Samantha Rains is the perfect person to help navigate the legalities and requirements of establishing a world class organization such as Anabel’s Angels. Samantha lives a lifestyle of service to others. In her professional life, she is a Project Leader for a significant Army Program in addition to being a soccer coach at the local high school, and mentor to the youth of her church. She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential and willingly sacrifices her own time, energy, and finances to this end. She specifically loves coaching and mentoring children and works hard to instill this same attitude of service into her own children. Samantha operates at a level of accountability and excellence second to none and will ensure that Anabel’s Angels remains an organization worthy of your contributions.

Nikki Cruz
Marketing Director
Nikki Cruz is well adept in social media marketing and has been creating compelling content with her blogs and ghost writing for 15 years while operating in the entertainment industry; and has been managing social media accounts for over 7 years. She actually started her entertainment career in television as a teenager, growing up on a military base in Seoul, South Korea. She first appeared as a singer and dancer on a hit TV show called “Young Parade,” and hosted an evening rock show on AFN where she fell in love with radio. Since that time, she’s been a radio personality in San Antonio, Texas (KONO); Nashville, Tennessee (WZPC); and Tampa Bay, Florida (Q105). It was in Tampa where she got her start with social media. Cruz recently acquired a new position with WHOM in Maine and is enjoying her new life in New England. In addition to entertainment, she is trained and has practiced as a counselor in Florida with an MA in mental health counseling from Argosy University.
